This apartment is located on ground floor and on first floor; the rooms are spacious and bright.
On ground floor it is composed of a spacious living area with fully equipped kitchenette with an ancient stone fountain that serve as a sink, one bedroom with one french bed and one single bed, one bathroom and closet; on first floor (open loft) there is one double bedroom with its private bathroom. From the living area you can access the lush garden.

CONDITIONS
- It is forbidden to host other people in the property and in the apartment;
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment;
- Parties/Events are not allowed;
- Each apartment has a reserved outdoor parking space - only one car. Upon request, the owners will show you where to park any other cars;
- At the moment of check-out the kitchen must be left tidy and the fridge must be left empty. Waste must be put in the bins outside;
- Rest Hours: between 10.00 pm and 08.00 am;
- CHECK-IN: from 04-00 pm to 06-00 pm;
- CHECK-OUT: from 07-00 am to 10-00 am.
The reservation and the stay involve the full acceptance and compliance with our rules, adopted to avoid unpleasant misunderstandings.
